BOOKS, BOOKS, BOOKS!
So many books, not enough time to read them all! I've got to get a reading schedule set up for myself to incorporate some quality reading time into my days. Gone are the days when I could sit down and read a book from beginning to end in a day. Of course they were not those huge classic novels like Gone With The Wind. They were paper back romance novels instead. But just the same they were great reads. Nowadays it seems to take much longer and there is so much more I want to read. I don't want to just read a good romance but I want to read a variety of niches. Except for the thriller genre. Those do not appeal to me in the least. I don't like the fear factor nor all that build up suspense to a horrified screaming response that causes your heart to beat rapidly almost to an explosive climax that leaves you a a trembling mess of mush! That is just not my cup of tea! I love a good read that consists of humor, drama, romance and an over all good plot that leads up to a climatic happy ending. Or at least builds up to and ending that leaves me feeling like I've not wasted my time reading all those hours away for nothing.
